Jill Oldham

Jill is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of nonprofit experience in social services and public health. Jill's professional journey reflects a deep commitment to community well-being and collaborative leadership.

Prior to assuming the CEO role at Greenleaf in January 2024, Jill held leadership roles with Leadership Akron, the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank, and Barberton Health District.  A graduate of Ohio University with a degree in Family Studies, Jill went on to earn a Master of Public Health degree with the Consortium of Eastern Ohio Master of Public Health program. She is a graduate of Leadership Akron’s Community Leadership Institute and proud member of Signature Class 35, as well as Summit County Child & Family Leadership Exchange, Class XVII.

What stands out to me about Greenleaf Family Center is its profound history within the community, serving as a trusted partner for over a century. The organization's enduring commitment is truly remarkable, reflecting a legacy of community support. From day one, I have observed the staff and board's dedication to serve individuals, families, and community stakeholders.
