Staff

Heather is an employment and labor attorney at Buckingham, Doolittle, & Burroughs, LLC. She advises employers on a wide range of workforce matters, including employee leave policies, discrimination and harassment, wage and hour issues, workplace investigations, and multistate compliance. She also represents employers in litigation and defends them before administrative agencies. Heather is a graduate of The Akron University School of Law. She has served on Greenleaf’s Board of Directors since 2023 and currently resides in West Akron.
