Prior to assuming the HR Business Partner role at Greenleaf in August of 2024, Ashley held 2 Human Resource positions in the medical industry. She was a Human Resources Assistant at The Cleveland Clinic and while they were a pleasure to work for, she felt there was little room to excel in her career. In 2023, she became a Human Resources Employee Relations Specialist at Legacy Health Services.

Ashley obtained her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University. Shortly after having her second child in 2022, she went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources. Although she had extensive experience in the medical field, helping others and providing care has been her lifelong passion.  

What stands out to me at Greenleaf?

The programs. The variety of programs that Greenleaf offers in helping individuals warms my heart.
