The Greenleaf Family Center Board of Directors has hired Jill M. Oldham to replace retiring CEO Dawn Glenny. Oldham, currently the Senior Program Manager at Leadership Akron, will begin her new role in mid-October. Glenny will retire at the end of 2023 after ten years leading the agency.

Oldham shared her enthusiasm for her new position, "As I step into the role of CEO at Greenleaf Family Center, I am thrilled to stand behind a mission that resonates deeply with my values. Greenleaf’s commitment to support and strengthen individuals and families aligns perfectly with my belief in the power of community. With more than 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, I am committed to continuing the client-centered perspective at the agency, deepening collaborations, and ensuring a path of excellence and positive impact for years to come."

Oldham also served as the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Initiatives at the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank. She holds a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Akron’s Consortium of Eastern Ohio Master of Public Health program.

Greenleaf Board Chair Jennifer Hanzlicek said, “The Board is excited to have Jill join Greenleaf Family Center as CEO. Her vast array of experiences, especially with non-profit organizations, will help Greenleaf continue to grow and serve our community. We look forward to watching Jill thrive in her new role.”
